Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, annual, or biennial basis as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as provided by our 15-day money-back guarantee. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
If you are not satisfied with 365VPN, you may request a full refund within 15 days of your initial purchase. Weekly plan purchases are eligible for a refund within 3 days. Refund requests must be submitted through our support team.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect availability. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.
Your use of 365VPN is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
365VPN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued use of 365VPN after changes constitutes acceptance.
